Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality maternal and neonatal care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The role involves managing laboring patients, supporting deliveries, and ensuring safe outcomes for both mother and newborn.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to laboring and postpartum patients
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
Assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures
Manage obstetric emergencies and high-risk deliveries
Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
Support neonatal transition immediately after birth
Float to like units as needed per facility requirements
Document all care accurately in Epic EMR
Collaborate with multidisciplinary OB and NICU teams
Ensure adherence to maternal and fetal safety protocols
