Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room
Location: Moses Lake, WA
Shift: Evening Shift | 12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an acute care assignment in Moses Lake, Washington. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled and compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced emergency department environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
The RN will provide emergency nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Triage and assess emergency room patients
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to status changes
Assist physicians during emergency procedures and patient interventions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
Follow patient safety, infection control, and emergency department protocols
Provide compassionate and patient-centered care in high-pressure situations
Support efficient emergency department workflow and operations
Requirements
Active RN License required
Emergency Room (ER) experience required
Current BLS Certification required
ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
