We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor for a night shift assignment in Ganado, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for a strong clinical leader who can oversee nursing operations, support staff, and ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The House Supervisor RN will coordinate patient flow, respond to emergencies, and provide leadership and operational support during overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations during night shifts
Coordinate patient flow, staffing assignments, and unit support activities
Respond to emergencies, escalations, and critical patient care situations
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
Support nursing staff with clinical guidance and operational decision-making
Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary care teams
Monitor staffing coverage and assist with workflow coordination
Maintain accurate communication and documentation regarding shift operations
Promote a safe, professional, and patient-focused care environment
Assist with conflict resolution and problem-solving as needed
Requirements
Active RN License required
Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred
Current BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification required
Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Experience in Med Tele or acute care settings preferred
Ability to respond confidently to emergencies and operational challenges
