Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor

Location: Ganado, AZ

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor for a night shift assignment in Ganado, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for a strong clinical leader who can oversee nursing operations, support staff, and ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The House Supervisor RN will coordinate patient flow, respond to emergencies, and provide leadership and operational support during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations during night shifts

  • Coordinate patient flow, staffing assignments, and unit support activities

  • Respond to emergencies, escalations, and critical patient care situations

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards

  • Support nursing staff with clinical guidance and operational decision-making

  • Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Monitor staffing coverage and assist with workflow coordination

  • Maintain accurate communication and documentation regarding shift operations

  • Promote a safe, professional, and patient-focused care environment

  • Assist with conflict resolution and problem-solving as needed

Requirements

  • Active RN License required

  • Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred

  • Current BLS Certification required

  • ACLS Certification required

  • Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • Experience in Med Tele or acute care settings preferred

  • Ability to respond confidently to emergencies and operational challenges
