Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an exciting permanent opportunity in Grand Junction, CO.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric patients from birth to 21 years old
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
• Provide speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to support patient progress
• Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy services

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
• Current Colorado State Licensure or eligibility for licensure required
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
