Compensation: $164,860.80 – $238,992 Annually

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Vice President of Pharmacy Services for an exciting leadership opportunity in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for pharmacy operations, clinical services, compliance, and expense management across multiple hospitals
• Support division and facility strategic initiatives focused on pharmacy excellence and patient care outcomes
• Build collaborative relationships with executive leadership, physicians, Supply Chain, HealthTrust, and Clinical Services Group (CSG)
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, and medication management
• Oversee operational effectiveness and accountability for pharmacy services across the division
• Lead implementation and standardization of pharmacy initiatives and best practices
• Drive customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement through strong communication and service excellence
• Mentor and develop pharmacy leadership teams to support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy)
• Active Pharmacist License required
• Nevada Pharmacist License required or ability to obtain within required timeframe
• Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in acute care hospital settings
• Experience managing multi-site pharmacy operations
• Executive-level leadership experience with strong operational and strategic skills
