RN - Float Pool (Nights) - Rockford, IL - RNVC

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Float Pool
Location: Rockford, IL
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Guaranteed 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $2,350/Weekly

Position Overview:

We are is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Float Pool assignment covering Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU, and ICU units. Candidates must have strong ICU and extensive cardiac experience and be comfortable floating to Med Surg units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Administer medications and treatments according to standards of care
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately
• Support patient and family education throughout care

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• ICU experience required
• Extensive cardiac experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
