Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an Ambulatory Vascular Surgery Clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, ambulatory care experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care in an ambulatory vascular surgery clinic
• Support physicians and clinical staff with patient care coordination
• Conduct patient triage and manage follow-up care
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR system
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Deliver quality patient care with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Active New York State RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the last 2 years
• Experience in hospitals of similar size, level, or trauma centers preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and health clearance

Preferred Experience

• Ambulatory care experience
• EPIC EMR experience
• Triage experience
• Level 1 trauma hospital experience preferred
