Pay: $164,860.80 – $238,992.00/year
Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5%

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Vice President of Pharmacy Services for an exciting Travel or Local job in Henderson, NV.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for pharmacy clinical services, operations, compliance, and expense management
• Support division and facility strategic plans to advance pharmacy services and improve patient care outcomes
• Lead cost containment initiatives and evaluate pharmacy purchasing patterns
• Develop pharmacy business process models to optimize operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with facility leadership, Supply Chain, HealthTrust, and Clinical Services Group teams
• Analyze operational and financial data to make strategic recommendations and drive process improvement
• Oversee pharmacy operational accountability across multiple facilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Develop and implement system-wide pharmacy initiatives and best practices
• Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence through stakeholder collaboration
• Support quality improvement and regulatory preparedness initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience required
• Multi-site acute care pharmacy leadership experience required
• Active Pharmacist License required
• Nevada Pharmacist License required
• Strong executive leadership presence and strategic operational experience
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), MBA, or MS preferred
• Experience as a high-level Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, Division/Market Director, or VP of Pharmacy preferred
• Strong background in acute care pharmacy operations and leadership
