Job Description

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Enterprise Project Manager to facilitate Agile Scrum processes and support the successful delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will guide Agile teams, remove project impediments, coordinate Scrum ceremonies, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including:
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Sprint planning
  • Sprint reviews
  • Sprint retrospectives
  • Backlog refinement sessions
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile best practices
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement through team coaching and feedback sessions
• Track KPIs and ensure delivery of high-quality products and solutions
• Support hybrid project environments utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
• 3+ years of Azure DevOps experience
• 3+ years leading Scrum ceremonies
• 3+ years of DB querying and programming experience
• 3+ years using Agile project management tools
• 3+ years working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Bachelor’s degree (completed and verifiable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Government project experience
• ERP project experience
