Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a contract assignment in Exeter, NH. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting clinical staff within a healthcare facility environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, clinical management, and operational oversight experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary nursing teams while promoting quality patient outcomes and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing department operations and clinical staff management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Supervise nursing personnel scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination
• Maintain quality assurance and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams regarding patient care planning
• Support staff education, mentorship, and performance management
• Monitor documentation accuracy and clinical compliance standards
• Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives
• Address patient care concerns and operational challenges professionally
• Promote a positive and collaborative clinical work environment

Requirements

• Previous Director of Nursing leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical operations and nursing management background required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage staff within fast-paced healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and regulatory compliance
