Job Title: Senior .NET Developer

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90017
Duration: 6 Months (with possible 6-month extension)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of mission-critical, high-volume web and cloud-based applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple application initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced analytical skills, deep knowledge of modern development frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of complex web-based and cloud-based applications
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Coordinate development activities, timelines, and deliverables across projects
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments
• Design and implement modern application architectures and frameworks
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing
• Lead database design, data integration, and data quality assurance efforts
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend solutions
• Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and procedures
• Participate in code reviews and application design strategy discussions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
• Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and user guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in .NET development

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of ASP.NET / MVC
• 5+ years of C# programming
• 5+ years of REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• 5+ years of .NET Core
• 3+ years of Angular
• 3+ years of Entity Framework & SQL Server (2012 or higher)
• 3+ years of front-end development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot)

Preferred / Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Oracle (11g+) and PL/SQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • TypeScript and Node.js
  • SSRS and SSIS
  • Microservices architecture
  • Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Strong experience with T-SQL/PL-SQL and stored procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
