Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/T-CNA) for a travel assignment in Elkins, WV. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and assist nursing staff in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting while maintaining professionalism and patient safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support patient mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort care
• Monitor and report patient condition changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Follow infection control and patient safety procedures
• Provide compassionate and respectful resident care
• Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Active CNA certification required
• Previous CNA or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Professional and dependable work ethic
