Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 12-Hour Shifts
• 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly
• 30-Minute Meal Break

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Travel CNA for a contract opportunity in Elkins, WV. This role involves supporting residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment by assisting with daily care needs and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Candidates should possess strong patient care skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding assistance
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within resident care areas
• Follow infection control and facility safety guidelines
• Provide compassionate emotional support to residents
• Complete accurate patient care documentation

Requirements

• Active CNA certification required
• Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in team-based healthcare settings
• Ability to meet physical demands of resident care support
