Job Title: Neonatal ICU Director
Location: El Paso, TX
Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Days | Rotating Weekends
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 Base Salary
Bonus: Up to 17.5% Annual Incentive Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Neonatal ICU Director for an exciting Travel or Local job in El Paso, TX.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct daily operations of the NICU, Transition Nursery, and NICU Transport services
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective neonatal care delivery
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration across nursing, RT, pharmacy, lab, and medical teams
• Manage budgeting, staffing, productivity, and resource allocation
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support strategic growth planning and capital resource initiatives
• Oversee hiring, staff development, evaluations, and employee engagement
• Provide operational leadership and departmental oversight
• Promote patient, physician, and staff satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred
• Active RN license in Texas or compact state required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
• Strong NICU or neonatal leadership experience preferred
