Duration: 17 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 36 Hours/Week | Working Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an exciting Local job in Casa Real, NM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
• Provide safe patient transfers and mobility assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Support nursing staff with direct patient care tasks
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with nursing and healthcare team members
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment

Required Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to assist with ADLs and patient mobility
• Understanding of infection control and safety procedures
• Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts (Thu–Sat rotation)
