Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Vascular Surgery Clinic
Location: Syracuse, NY
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $55 to $65/hr (Based on experience)

Shift: Day Shift | Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Schedule: Monday – Friday

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Vascular Surgery Clinic for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and patient triage
• Provide direct patient care within the ambulatory vascular surgery clinic
• Assist physicians and clinical teams with vascular surgery procedures and patient management
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within EPIC EMR
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State RN License/Registration
• Minimum of 1.5 years recent acute care nursing experience within the last 2 years
• Experience in hospitals of similar or greater size/acuity preferred
• Strong nursing assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
