Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 40 Hours Per Week
Shift Details: Monday – Thursday: 9-Hour Shifts | Friday: 4-Hour Shift

Job Summary

A leading outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Pelvic Health for a 13-week travel assignment with strong temp-to-perm potential. The ideal candidate will have strong outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health experience and be comfortable working independently in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide independent pelvic health therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery goals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience within the last 3 years
• Strong pelvic health experience required
• Ability to work independently without mentorship
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience
• Pelvic floor dysfunction treatment experience
• Previous travel assignment experience
• EMR documentation experience
