Shift Details

Day Shift – 3x12 Hours

Shift timings may vary between:

• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM

On-call rotation and every other weekend required.

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide inpatient hemodialysis care in both dialysis unit and bedside ICU settings. The ideal candidate will be confident managing acute dialysis patients and working independently in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hemodialysis (IHD) treatments in dialysis unit and ICU bedside settings
• Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatments and respond appropriately to complications
• Connect and disconnect patients from peritoneal dialysis treatments
• Collaborate with nephrologists, ICU teams, and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with dialysis protocols
• Operate Fresenius dialysis machines following facility standards and procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as scheduled

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent Dialysis RN experience required
• Minimum 18 months of permanent Dialysis experience prior to contract assignments required
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Recent professional reference from a manager, supervisor, ANM, or director within Dialysis specialty required
• Inpatient hemodialysis experience required
• ICU dialysis experience preferred
