$29.04/hr – $39.60/hr

Shift Differential

• Night Shift: +$4.25/hr

Sign-On Bonus

• $10,000 – Day Shift
• $15,000 – Night Shift

Position Summary

A leading acute care hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care while ensuring safety, efficiency, and positive clinical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Patient Care

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions throughout hospitalization
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based bedside care

Patient Education & Advocacy

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans
• Provide clear and understandable patient education
• Advocate for quality, patient-centered care and positive outcomes
• Respond promptly to patient concerns and care needs

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to hospital policies, nursing standards, and infection prevention protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities


Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire
• Acute care experience not required


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong teamwork and patient advocacy skills
