Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a travel assignment in a short-term acute care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative experience and the ability to support multiple surgical specialties in a fast-paced OR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting
• Assist surgical teams before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR system

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Previous travel OR RN experience preferred
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • Orthopedic surgery
  • General surgery
  • Gynecology procedures
  • Podiatry procedures
• Ability to take call as scheduled
