Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support regulatory transformation initiatives, including the digitization and sustainment of regulatory evaluation and reporting processes and products.

This role functions as an internal consultant and collaborates closely with evaluation and reporting teams, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design and deliver regulatory performance monitoring solutions such as dashboards, reports, and tracking tools.

The successful candidate will help ensure initiatives align with established regulatory frameworks while promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate the development of regulatory performance monitoring products (dashboards, reports, trackers).
• Translate business requirements into analytical and BI solutions.
• Analyze and manage business data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals and user needs.
• Support short-term and long-term planning for operational and policy improvements.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory assurance frameworks and organizational standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions and delivering end-to-end BI solutions.
• Minimum 4 years of experience using data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with BI tools such as Excel PowerPivot, Cognos Cubes, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in written and verbal communication, including drafting business and technical documentation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and align requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake).
• Experience in business requirements analysis, architecture, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Experience in developing business requirements documentation.
• Experience building analytical and quantitative models.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and working with senior management.

Additional Requirements:

• Background check (criminal record check) required prior to project start.
• Completion of mandatory training (e.g., privacy, cybersecurity, information management, workplace conduct).
• Candidate must provide their own computer and workspace setup.
