• Variable Day Shift
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 8-Hour Shifts
• 40 Guaranteed Hours/Week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for a short-term assignment in a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing setting. The DON will oversee nursing operations, support staff, maintain compliance, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing department operations
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care
• Support staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations
• Assist on the floor when needed
• Maintain quality care standards and documentation compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Previous DON experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
