Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night shift assignment in Sweetwater, TX. The RN will provide compassionate and high-quality maternal and newborn care in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience managing laboring patients, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor
• Assist physicians during labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
• Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and patient needs
• Maintain accurate patient assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Strong maternal and fetal assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
