Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/TCNA) for a travel assignment in Elkins, WV. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care support in a clinical or long-term care setting while assisting nursing staff in delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

This role requires strong patient care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
• Support patient mobility including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation assistance
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to licensed nursing staff
• Maintain patient comfort, hygiene, and safety throughout the shift
• Record and document patient care activities accurately
• Assist with maintaining clean and organized patient care areas
• Respond promptly to patient requests and care needs
• Follow established care plans and facility protocols
• Collaborate effectively with nurses and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required
• Completion of state-approved CNA training program required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow clinical instructions and care plans accurately
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, repositioning, and patient transfers
