Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

• 4x10 Hour Shifts per Week
• Rotating Call Schedule Required

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CVOR Certified Surgical Tech (CST) for a travel assignment supporting both the CVOR Team and Hybrid Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have strong recent cardiovascular surgical scrub experience and be comfortable working in high-acuity surgical environments.

This position requires a professional with excellent sterile technique, attention to detail, and the ability to support complex cardiovascular procedures efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular and hybrid cath lab procedures
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentation
• Ensure proper handling of surgical supplies and equipment
• Support surgeons, nurses, and procedural staff during operative procedures
• Maintain strict sterile technique and infection prevention standards
• Assist in ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Adapt quickly within a fast-paced CVOR environment

Required Qualifications

• Recent and strong CVOR Surgical Tech experience required
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program required
• Surgical Technology Certification through one of the following required:
  • NBSTSA
  • AST
  • NCCT
• Active Colorado Surgical Tech License (CST – DORA) required
• Current AHA BLS Certification required
