Job Title: Interim Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: Sabetha, KS
Contract Length: 8–13 Weeks
Shift: Variable – Days
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift Length: 8 Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Sabetha,KS.

PResponsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing department operations
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care
• Support staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations
• Assist on the floor when needed
• Maintain quality care standards and documentation compliance

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Previous DON experience required
• LTC/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple nursing units
• Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams

Certifications / Licenses:

• Active RN License (Required)
