Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery
Location: Sweetwater, TX
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Length: 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $48–$52/hour

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care in a fast-paced clinical environment, ensuring safe delivery outcomes and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery unit
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
• Assist physicians during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Support patient and family education during the childbirth process

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior Labor & Delivery experience required
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
