LPN - LTC - Bismarck, ND - LPNVP

Job Title: LPN - LTC 
Location: Bismarck, ND
Position Type: Travel / Local
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Variable Night Shift – 12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Weekly Hours: 36–48 hours (Rotating schedule with every other weekend required)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN - LTC  for an exciting Travel or Local job in  Bismarck, ND.

Position Review / Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to long term care and skilled nursing residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to treatment
• Provide trach and vent care as required
• Perform wound care and tube feed management
• Maintain accurate charting and nursing documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and quality of care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Active LPN License required
• Previous LTC or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Comfortable caring for residents with trachs, vents, tube feeds, and wounds
• Ability to work rotating night schedules and every other weekend
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• IV Certification preferred but not required
• Previous LTAC experience preferred
• Matrix Charting experience preferred
• Experience with vent and trach patients preferred
• Wound care and tube feed experience preferred

Certifications / Licenses:

• Active LPN License (Required)
• IV Certification (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
