Job Title: RN - CVICU
Location: Ocala, FL
Duration: Permanent/ Full Time
Shift & Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Pay Rate:
$32.00/hr – $40.00/hr (up to 10 years of experience)
Up to $48.00/hr (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differential: Nights $4.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case (Not Guaranteed)
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking CVICU RN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Ocala, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced critical care to CVICU patients, including ventilated and multi-drip patients
• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and care plans
• Deliver high-acuity ICU nursing care with focus on safety and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Ensure adherence to critical care protocols and hospital standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year recent ICU RN experience required (within last 2–3 years)
• PCU RN experience (2+ years) may be considered
• Active Florida RN license or compact RN license required
• Compact license must obtain Florida RN license within 60 days if applicable
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong critical care and high-acuity patient management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
• Ability to work in fast-paced ICU environment
