Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Shift: 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: Variable Days/Nights
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
About the Role:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care within a Long Term Care facility supporting residents with complex healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and document patient progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Support resident safety, comfort, and quality care standards
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active Illinois RN license required
BLS certification required
Long Term Care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent teamwork and documentation abilities
