Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Travel CNA (T-CNA)
Location: Elkins, WV 26241
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12 Hours
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
Schedule: No weekends, no holidays, no on-call
About the Role:
Seeking compassionate and dependable CNA / Travel CNA candidates to provide quality resident care within a long-term care and nursing home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain patient hygiene and comfort
Assist with skin care and pressure ulcer prevention
Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Support a clean and safe resident environment
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active CNA certification required
Current BLS certification required
Nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
