Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week (Guaranteed)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN / LVN to join a Long-Term Care team in Utica, NY. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population within a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in a long-term care setting
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Support care plans tailored to individual patient needs
Float between units within the same facility as required
Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records

Qualifications

Active New York LPN/LVN License
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
Ability to adapt and float between units
