Job Title: Diagnostic Tech (Cardiology)
Location: Hyannis, MA
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM; every other weekend and rotating holidays

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Diagnostic Tech - Cardiology for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect clinical specimens with proper patient identification
• Instruct patients on specimen collection procedures
• Conduct non-invasive cardiac testing (EKGs, Holter monitors, stress tests)
• Accurately document patient information and test results
• Ensure lab requisitions and documentation are complete and compliant
• Troubleshoot specimen collection issues and resolve patient concerns
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding orders and workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas following PPE protocols
• Manage inventory, stock supplies, and report shortages
• Assist with training and mentoring staff and students
• Support quality assurance initiatives and process improvements
• Provide excellent patient service and maintain professional relationships

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy Certification (PBT)
• EKG Certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
