Job Title: IntelliMatch (Data Integrity Manager) Consultant / Developer / Analyst

Location: Montreal, QC

Position Overview

A leading global financial services organization is seeking an experienced IntelliMatch (FIS Data Integrity Manager) Specialist to support reconciliation platforms and ensure data accuracy across trading and financial systems.

This role focuses on configuring, enhancing, and supporting reconciliation processes for Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IntelliMatch and a strong understanding of securities operations and trade lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Development

• Design, configure, and implement reconciliation models within FIS Data Integrity Manager (IntelliMatch)
• Customize matching rules and workflows to support FICC products and high-volume transaction processing
• Develop and enhance reconciliation logic for trades, positions, and cash balances

FICC Domain Expertise

• Manage reconciliations across:
  • Fixed Income securities
  • Derivatives and structured products
  • Currencies and cash accounts
• Handle complex scenarios such as TMPG claims, trade breaks, and settlement discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy across trade lifecycle stages including booking, settlement, and reporting

Technical Implementation

• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database objects
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI for reconciliation insights and metrics

Operational Support

• Provide L3 (third-line) production support for reconciliation issues
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and breaks
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream systems to ensure data integrity

Upgrades & Enhancements

• Support platform upgrades and migrations (e.g., ISO 20022)
• Leverage IntelliMatch AI/automation features to improve matching accuracy
• Continuously enhance reconciliation processes and system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5–10+ years of hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager
• Strong experience in FICC domain (Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities)
• In-depth understanding of trade lifecycle and securities operations
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)

Technical Skills

• IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager configuration
• SQL Server (advanced querying, data analysis)
• PowerShell scripting
• Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats
• Experience with relational databases and data reconciliation frameworks

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with ISO 20022 migration projects
• Exposure to AI/ML features within reconciliation platforms
• Experience in large-scale financial institutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
