Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The LPN will assist patients with daily living activities, administer medications, and support the healthcare team in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Perform wound care and dressing changes
• Collect samples for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to RN/physician
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
