Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit at a leading acute care hospital. This role includes caring for adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring and med-surg level care, with potential floating to similar patient populations across designated units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for Med-Surg and Telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Manage patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
• Document all care in electronic medical records
• Participate in emergency response situations when required

Requirements (Must Have)

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license (in hand at submission)
• Minimum 18 months recent Med-Surg Telemetry experience
• Minimum 18 months prior permanent experience in specialty
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS required
• NIHSS certification required
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate exams during orientation
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts
• Must work every other holiday

Schedule

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Rotating days and nights (07:00–19:30 / 19:00–07:30)
• No block scheduling
• Variable rotation based on facility needs

Additional Information

• May float to similar units including med-surg, telemetry, and emergency department
• Auto-offer position (qualified candidates only)
• Must comply with hospital operational scheduling needs
