Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) to support a high-volume outpatient surgical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong perioperative skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
• Active AHA BLS certification
• Active AHA ACLS certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Strong experience in perioperative patient care and surgical procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
• Assist surgical team in maintaining a sterile and safe operating environment
• Monitor patient status throughout perioperative phases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
