Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document medical histories
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient progress and report any significant changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and infection control standards
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Experience with EMR systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
