Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and document medical histories accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Support team collaboration and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital experience
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
• Experience with EMR systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
