Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in a healthcare facility setting. This role involves supporting Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians by delivering basic nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Support care plan implementation in collaboration with RNs and healthcare staff
• Provide basic wound care and assist with clinical procedures
• Educate patients and families on care instructions and follow-up needs
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state-specific)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical or hospital experience preferred
• Strong understanding of patient care practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively under supervision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
