Job Title: X-Ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist)

Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 09:30 AM)
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday – Thursday)
On-Call Requirement: Yes (Approx. 3 shifts/month)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join a fast-paced acute care hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working night shifts and capable of delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians
• Ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to radiation safety protocols
• Position patients correctly to obtain accurate diagnostic images
• Maintain proper documentation of procedures and patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Participate in scheduled on-call shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of X-Ray / Radiologic Technology experience
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Active ARRT certification
• State licensure (if applicable)
• Ability to work independently in a night shift environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic or similar EMR systems
