Location: Medford, OR 97504
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift
  • 5x8 Hours (40 hours/week)
  • 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support an outpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, assist with treatment plan implementation, and help patients achieve optimal mobility and functional recovery. This role offers a focused 1:1 patient care environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physical therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
  • Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
  • Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in an outpatient setting

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of PTA experience (first-time travelers accepted)
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system

Certifications:

  • Oregon PTA License (Active and in good standing)
