  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product planning inputs.
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, decision trees, RACI matrices, SOPs, and process guides as needed.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, handoffs, decision points, and operational procedures.
  • Identify and document process gaps, bottlenecks, unclear ownership, handoff issues, and opportunities for standardization.

Knowledge Management:

  • Track knowledge gaps and document emerging needs based on stakeholder discussions, product planning, and operational activities.
  • Ensure that platform knowledge is consistently organized, easily discoverable, and up-to-date.
  • Support the documentation lifecycle, including content review, refresh, consolidation, and archival.
  • Assist in the development of reusable templates, playbooks, FAQs, and decision logs for platform teams and stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Platform Support:

  • Support the definition of repeatable platform processes, including data product onboarding, access requests, issue escalation, and documentation management.
  • Help track platform requests, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, open questions, and next steps.
  • Support Platform Product Owner with backlog organization, intake tracking, prioritization inputs, dependency tracking, and action item follow-up.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, data governance, platform, and product teams to identify common patterns across use cases and translate them into reusable platform capabilities.
  • Assist with the preparation of roadmap discussions, sprint planning materials, stakeholder reviews, demos, and leadership updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product owners, engineers, architects, security, data governance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of product planning and delivery.

Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Prepare executive-ready summaries, product briefs, capability one-pagers, stakeholder updates, and other strategic communication materials.
  • Support the creation of briefing materials, status updates, and product documentation for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in governance forums, leadership meetings, and stakeholder reviews to provide status updates, track progress, and raise issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in business analysis, process analysis, product analysis, program support, or technology delivery support.
    • Experience documenting business needs, user needs, pain points, assumptions, constraints, and desired outcomes.
    • Proven track record in documenting current-state and future-state processes, workflows, decision points, and operational procedures.
