Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Philipsburg, PA. The role offers exposure to a diverse orthopedic caseload and a collaborative clinical setting that supports both experienced therapists and new graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT or equivalent)
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
