Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager (Executive Level – IT)
Duration: 12 Months
Work Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week; flexibility based on project needs)


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to provide leadership and coordination across multiple enterprise-level initiatives. This role supports cross-functional teams and ensures successful delivery of complex, high-visibility projects aligned with organizational strategic goals.

The position focuses on enterprise program coordination, governance, reporting, and execution oversight while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer-focused outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Project Management & Coordination

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for large-scale enterprise initiatives
  • Oversee multiple interconnected projects and cross-functional workstreams
  • Coordinate project activities across business and IT teams

Project Planning & Execution

  • Establish and implement project management methodologies and best practices
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and budgets
  • Adjust project plans and resources to meet evolving requirements
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project objectives

Governance, Reporting & Communication

  • Provide regular project status updates via enterprise portfolio tools
  • Document meetings, decisions, directives, and key communications
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates and presentations
  • Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes to stakeholders and leadership

Risk, Change & Resource Management

  • Apply structured change, risk, and resource management practices
  • Identify issues early and escalate appropriately
  • Support mitigation strategies for project risks and constraints

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders and technical teams to prioritize initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-agency or cross-division stakeholders as required
  • Support program managers in aligning enterprise goals with project execution

Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices
  • Identify opportunities to re-engineer or optimize business processes
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and governance frameworks

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related activities
  • Support senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
    (10+ years of relevant enterprise project management experience may substitute for education)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies
  • Experience with change management and performance evaluation principles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience in enterprise-scale governance, compliance, or transformation programs
