Shift: Night Shift (3x12-hour schedule, 19:00 – 07:00)
Duration: 13-week assignment

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a busy obstetrics unit in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both labor and postpartum care and be comfortable managing a range of patient needs throughout the perinatal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, including fetal heart rate monitoring
• Assist with labor management and deliveries
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Float between like units as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Required experience in both labor and postpartum care
• Active state RN license required at time of submission
• Required Certifications:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • AWHONN Intermediate
• Preferred Certification:
  • AWHONN Advanced
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong clinical skills
