• Day Shift (Non-Rotating)
• 5x8 Hour Shifts (40 Hours/Week)
• Shift Options:
  • 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Respiratory / Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) to support Sleep Lab operations in a hospital setting. This role involves performing comprehensive sleep studies, assisting physicians, and ensuring high-quality patient care across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Sleep Lab under departmental leadership
• Set up, adjust, and operate sleep study equipment and monitoring systems
• Conduct diagnostic sleep studies as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patients and ensure accurate data collection and documentation
• Assist physicians with sleep-related procedures and interventions
• Deliver patient-centered care across all age groups (infants to geriatrics)
• Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and ensure operational readiness
• Follow all clinical, safety, and documentation standards
• Support administrative and departmental tasks as needed
• Provide excellent service to patients, families, and care teams

Qualifications

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) – Required
• Current CPR Certification – Required
• Prior experience in Sleep Lab or Respiratory Care preferred
• Strong patient care, communication, and time management skills
