• Shift: Night Shift (3x12)
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Duration: ~13 Weeks

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for a night shift contract role. This position involves conducting comprehensive sleep studies, monitoring patients overnight, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical sleep lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sleep Studies & Patient Care

• Perform overnight polysomnographic (sleep) studies
• Review physician orders, patient history, and study protocols
• Interview patients regarding sleep habits, medications, and lifestyle
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses during studies

Clinical Procedures

• Conduct complex diagnostic sleep procedures
• Identify and respond to sleep disorders and irregularities
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting

Safety & Compliance

• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain and troubleshoot sleep lab equipment
• Adhere to clinical standards and organizational policies

Collaboration & Support

• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care
• Support team operations and mentor junior staff as needed

Professional Development

• Maintain certifications and competencies
• Participate in ongoing training and education

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required)
• RPSGT Certification (required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of sleep study experience
• Strong knowledge of sleep disorders and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
