Position Title: LPN - LTC
Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Job Type: Contract | Local
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) / Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN - LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Flagstaff, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Support RN in implementing care plans
• Provide basic wound care and assist with procedures
• Educate patients and families on basic care instructions
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice

Qualifications:

• Active state LPN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year clinical or hospital experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
