Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Clinical Manager – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Sebring, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 24-hour ICU operations and ensure adherence to clinical standards
• Coordinate patient care for a 33-bed ICU unit with overflow capacity
• Lead recruitment, evaluation, and development of nursing staff
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
• Monitor and improve unit quality metrics and performance outcomes
• Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for nursing staff
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
• Ensure compliance with ANA standards and hospital policies
• Manage staffing, workflow, and operational efficiency
• Facilitate communication across departments and care teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years ICU clinical nursing experience in acute care
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager role)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; higher degree preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) required within 90 days
